Lina T. Ramey and Associates, Inc. is a professional consulting engineering firm established in 1998 in Dallas, Texas. The firm provides professional engineering services, surveying, subsurface utility engineering and construction management for a wide range of projects with an emphasis on transportation engineering, freeway, roadway and light rail design. The firm's mission is to provide a quality product that exceeds the client's expectations. LTRA offers employees with extensive knowledge and experience of transportation projects. LTRA is DBE/certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and the state of Louisiana and HUB/certified by the state of Texas.

LTRA has successfully completed and is in the progress of completing work for several agencies including the Texas Department of Transportation (Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Childress districts), North Texas Tollway Authority, Dallas County, City of Dallas, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), City of Plano, City of Red Oak and City of McKinney.

LTRA currently has a staff of 39 engineers, technicians and surveyors including 10 licensed Professional Engineers and 3 Registered Professional Land Surveyors in the State of Texas. We are also licensed to provide engineering services in Louisiana & Mississippi.
